Front Gate

The gate will close automatically after about 30 seconds. Do not stop in the vicinity of the gate if it has been open for more than 30 seconds. Allow ample clearance for the gate to swing open and closed.

The Ranch House Elevator

If the elevator is not working, the door latch may need to be released. The latch release is located at the top left corner of the door. Then use a long screwdriver to reset the latch. The inside door should be fully closed before the outer door is closed.

The Ranch House Spa

 The Ranch House Spa Heater is located down the hall from the atrium. When you press the button on the spa the water should start to circulate and the spa heater should come on. IT CAN TAKE SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE SPA TO COME UP TO TEMPERATURE. The water temperature can be set by turning the dial on the spa heater.

Induction Cooktop 

Using your Cooktop To start cooking : 1. Touch the ON/OFF switch. All the indicators show “– “ 2. Place a suitable pan (stainless or  a frying pan with a pattern)  on the cooking zone that you wish to use. Make sure the bottom of the pan and the surface of the cooking zone are clean and dry. 3. Touching the heating zone selection control, and a burner  indicator  will flash. Select a heat setting by touching the “-”、 “+” Or touching the power level “slider” control.

Unlocking the Cooktop: Press Button 4 for 5 seconds, or turn off the cooktop for 1 minute, then turn back on.

If nothing seems to work, go to the circuit breaker and shut off the Stovetop breaker for 10 seconds. The circuit breaker panel is in a room north of the atrium door.  This does a hard reset of your stove and can reset the lock function on it when you turn the power back on.

 The Keep Warm function Activate the boost function 1. Select the zone with the keep warm function (front left zone). 2. Touching the keep warm control, the zone indication shows “ | ”

The Ranch House and Barn Bluetooth Receiver and sound system

 Set Sony receiver to BT, set cell phone, computer, or other device to Bluetooth. Pair if needed, Then play Audio or MP3 file

Pairing or other problems-Reverting to the factory default settings

1. Turn off the receiver.

2. Hold down (power) on the receiver for 5 seconds. [CLEARING] flashes on the display panel for a while, then changes to [CLEARED *]

 TRY THE RANCH SPA AND SWIMMING POOL

The Swimming pool and Spa are available to all guests, daily from 9 a.m.to 10:00 p.m.

 To use the Pool house Spa:

1. Find the remote near the spa. Press the power button (1)

2.  Select  the SPA MODE (2) using the remote.

3.  To adjust the temperature select (3). It can take  1/2  hour for the spa to come up to temperature.

4. When leaving, turn the power off.
